Description
Natya-class (Project 266M) sea minesweeper damaged on 29 October 2022 during the same coordinated Ukrainian drone attack on Sevastopol Bay that struck the frigate Admiral Makarov. Russia acknowledged "slight damage" to the vessel. Ivan Golubets returned to service after approximately six months of repairs. The October 29 attack was one of the first large-scale combined aerial and naval drone strikes against the Black Sea Fleet anchorage, foreshadowing the increasingly sophisticated USV campaigns that would follow in 2023 and 2024.
