Struck by a Russian ZALA Lancet loitering munition on 4 November 2022 near Ochakiv, marking the first confirmed use of a Lancet drone against a naval target. Video footage released by Russian sources showed the munition diving onto the gunboat's superstructure. The Gyurza-M-class armoured artillery boat sustained damage but was repaired and returned to service within approximately one week. The attack demonstrated a new threat to small surface combatants from inexpensive precision-guided loitering munitions.
