Description
Commissioned on 24 February 2026 at Subic Bay alongside fast attack craft BRP Audrey Bañares (PG-910). BRP Rajah Sulayman is the lead ship of a six-vessel offshore patrol vessel class ordered from HD Hyundai Heavy Industries under a ₱30 billion contract signed in 2022, delivered five months ahead of schedule. The 2,400-tonne, 94.4-metre vessel is armed with a Leonardo 76 mm Super Rapid gun and two Aselsan SMASH 30 mm remote weapon stations, with a top speed of 22 knots and a range of 5,500 nautical miles.
