Description
On June 16, 2025, the Israeli Air Force conducted precision drone strikes against the Islamic Republic of Iran Air Force (IRIAF) at an airbase near Tehran. The operation resulted in the destruction of two F-14 Tomcat fighter jets, marking a net loss of two airframes from the Iranian inventory.
