Description
On December 4, 2025, Ukraine’s military intelligence (HUR) conducted a long-range drone operation against Russian assets in occupied Crimea. The "Prymary" unit successfully struck a MiG-29 fighter jet at the Kacha air base near Sevastopol and an Irtysh radar system near Simferopol. This mission is part of a systematic campaign to degrade Russian air defense and aviation capabilities. The attack utilized long-range UAVs to engage high-value targets directly. This strike follows previous operations against S-400 radar components and Beriev Be-12 aircraft, highlighting Ukraine's increasing ability to neutralize Russian aerial and electronic assets on the peninsula.
