Russia Mi-8/17/171 Fleet Update

On the evening of February 20, Ukrainian strike drones targeted Pugachevka airfield in Russia's Oryol Region, destroying an Mi-8 transport helicopter (board number 53) of the 319th Independent Helicopter Regiment, originally based in Chernikovka, Primorsky Krai. The helicopter had been stationed at the forward operating base to support transport, logistics, medical evacuation, and operational coordination. The strike also destroyed a Ka-52 attack helicopter at the same airfield, marking another successful Ukrainian deep-strike operation against Russian aviation infrastructure.
