Description
Second of eight Anti-Submarine Warfare Shallow Water Craft built by Cochin Shipyard Limited, delivered to the Indian Navy on 31 March 2026 at Kochi. Indigenously designed to Indian Navy specifications, Malwan is equipped for underwater surveillance, coastal ASW operations, low-intensity maritime operations, and mine warfare. With over 80% indigenous content, the delivery came alongside GRSE's triple handover, bringing total inductions to four vessels in 48 hours.
