Nashik International Airport, also known as Ozar Airport, is an airport and Indian Air Force base located at Ozar, 20 km northeast of Nashik, Maharashtra, India. It was built in 1964 and is owned by Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL). HAL primarily uses the airport for the development, testing, and construction of aircraft for the Indian Armed Forces. The airport is home to a maintenance station of the Indian Air Force and supports widebody commercial cargo services. The 11 Base Repair Depot of the Indian Air Force, established in 1975, is based at the airport. This facility conducts overhaul programs for IAF's MiG-21 (FL, BIS), MiG-23s, and MiG-29s aircraft. HAL's Aircraft Division at Nashik has manufactured fighter aircraft such as the MiG-21 FL, MiG-21M, MiG-21 BIS, MiG-27M, and Su-30 MKI at this location. A new passenger terminal was inaugurated on March 3, 2014. In March 2025, HAL announced plans to develop a new parallel runway.
