Description

The ShinMaywa US-2 is a military amphibious aircraft developed and manufactured by ShinMaywa Industries in Japan. It was specifically designed for long-range search and rescue (SAR) missions, as well as for conducting maritime surveillance operations. The US-2 is capable of taking off and landing on both land and water, thanks to its unique hull design and retractable landing gear.
