Description
A Uganda People's Defence Forces Mi-28 crashed and burned in Nyamisingiri village near Karugutu. The Associated Press reported that the helicopter had been supporting operations against Allied Democratic Forces militants across the border in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The military said both service members aboard and one civilian on the ground were killed, and it opened an investigation into the accident.
