Description
A Polish Air Force M-346 Bielik crashed onto the runway at Gdynia-Kosakowo Airport during a practice flight for the 30th anniversary of the Gdynia Naval Aviation Brigade. Poland’s Defence Ministry confirmed that the pilot was killed. Contemporary footage showed no apparent ejection. The planned celebration was cancelled and Poland temporarily suspended M-346 flying while the aircraft accident commission investigated.
