Description
A Lao People's Liberation Army Air Force Yak-130 crashed into a pond near the airport in Xieng Khouang province during a training flight from Vientiane. Laos's defence ministry said both pilots were killed and that their remains were recovered from the wreckage. The ministry formed a fact-finding committee to investigate the cause of the accident.
