Belgian Air Force MQ-9B SkyGuardian Delivered

The Belgian Air Force took delivery of its second and third MQ-9B SkyGuardian remotely piloted aircraft on 2 February 2026, together with a second ground control station. The aircraft were flown in by Antonov An-124 to Beauvechain and transferred to Florennes Air Base, the permanent home of the fleet operated by the 80th UAV Squadron. The first aircraft had arrived in September 2025. The delivery gave the squadron enough aircraft for its first deployment abroad, planned for May 2026, and the fourth aircraft of the initial order was expected by the end of the year.
