Malaysia Navy KD Rencong Commissioned

The Royal Malaysian Navy commissioned KD Rencong (114), the fourth and final Keris-class littoral mission ship, at its naval base in Kota Kinabalu on 28 January 2022, according to Janes. The ship was built in China. Janes noted that the first Keris-class ship had been commissioned in January 2020 and the second in October 2021, so Rencong completed the four-ship batch ordered from China.
