Saudi Arabia Navy HMS Hail Delivered

The corvette HMS Hail (832) was delivered to the Royal Saudi Naval Forces at Navantia's San Fernando shipyard in the Bay of Cádiz on 4 December 2022, Naval News reported. A joint inspection commission boarded the ship before the Saudi flag was raised for the first time, in a ceremony attended by the Spanish Minister of Industry and the Commander of the Royal Saudi Naval Forces. Hail is the third of five Avante 2200 corvettes contracted in November 2018; the last two were to be completed and delivered in Saudi Arabia.
