Bulgaria Navy Hrabri Commissioned

The multipurpose modular patrol vessel Hrabri was commissioned into the Bulgarian Navy in December 2025, the first warship built by Bulgarian industry for the national fleet in more than a hundred years. Constructed at the MTG Dolphin yard in Varna to a German MEKO-derived MMPV 90 design, the 90-metre ship displaces about 2,300 tonnes and is fitted for anti-ship and surface-to-air missiles, a 76 mm gun and a helicopter. She began sea trials in the Black Sea in November 2025. A sister ship is under construction.
