Pakistan Navy PNS Hunain Damaged

The Pakistan Navy corvette PNS Hunain and an Indian Navy warship made contact in the North Arabian Sea on 15 September 2026, during Pakistan's SEASPARK-26 exercise. Both governments confirmed that a collision occurred but gave opposing accounts of it: Pakistan's Foreign Office said the Indian vessel manoeuvred aggressively in close proximity to the Pakistani ship, while India's Ministry of External Affairs said the Pakistani ship's conduct breached the two countries' 1991 agreement on military exercises. India said the contact caused no major damage, and Indian outlets reported that PNS Hunain sustained hull damage and returned to port, which Pakistan has not confirmed. India did not identify its own vessel.
