Description
A Colombian Aerospace Force UH-1H crashed in a rural area of Cumaribo municipality, Vichada, during an aeromedical mission. The service said all eight personnel aboard were killed. Search teams located the wreckage after contact with the helicopter was lost. Authorities opened an investigation, and the initial reporting did not establish the cause of the accident.
