Description
Bombardier delivered the eighth E-11A Battlefield Airborne Communications Node aircraft to the United States Air Force. The modified Global business jet acts as a high-altitude communications gateway, linking otherwise incompatible voice and data networks. The delivery continued the service's expansion of the E-11A fleet for airborne communications support.
