Romanian Air Force F-35A Ordered

Romania formally committed to acquire 32 Lockheed Martin F-35A fighters for the Romanian Air Force. The purchase covers an initial three-squadron force and represents the country's planned transition to a fifth-generation combat-aircraft capability. The wider programme includes engines, training, logistics and support, with deliveries scheduled for future years.
