Venezuelan Military Aviation Cessna 208 Crash

A Cessna 208B Grand Caravan of the Bolivarian Military Aviation of Venezuela crashed near La Reforma in Amazonas state after departing Cacique Aramare Airport. Seven of the ten people on board were killed. The Grand Caravan supports light transport and liaison flights into the remote south of Venezuela, where unimproved strips and dense jungle offer few options in an emergency. It was the first of two Venezuelan military aviation losses in 2025, followed by an Enstrom 480 crash in October.
