Argentinian Navy P-3C Delivered

The Argentine Navy's second P-3C Orion, 6-P-58, arrived at Comandante Espora Naval Air Base near Bahía Blanca on 14 October 2025 after a ferry flight from the United States with a technical stop in Lima, Zona Militar reported. It is one of four Orions bought from Norway to restore the maritime patrol capability lost with the retirement of the P-3B; according to Infodefensa, the aircraft will be based at Almirante Zar Naval Air Base in Trelew with the Naval Exploration Squadron, and the last two are due in 2026.
