Description

The Turkish Air Force retired its last C-160D Transall on 26 March 2026, Defence Turkey reported. The aircraft, serial 69-029, was the first Transall delivered to Turkey and flew with 221 Squadron at Kayseri; the fleet accumulated some 285,000 flight hours over 55 years of service.
