Israel Air and Space Force Hermes 900 Shot down

An Israeli Elbit Hermes 900 was shot down in Margoon County, Fars province, on 3 March 2026, the third Hermes 900 lost that day. Imagery of the wreckage was published on social media. Fars province contains Shiraz and a concentration of Iranian air force and IRGC installations struck repeatedly during the campaign, and it remained under sustained Israeli and US surveillance throughout the war.
