Description
A Pakistan Air Force training aircraft crashed on June 15, 2026, near a roadway in the Mardan district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa during a routine training sortie. Both crew members were killed: a PAF flight lieutenant and a Pakistan Navy lieutenant flying aboard the trainer. Three civilians on the ground were injured by the crash. The aircraft type was not officially confirmed; reports variously described it as a T-37 jet trainer or a Super Mushshak. Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi confirmed the accident, and the military launched an investigation into the cause.
