Russian Air Force Su-34 Fullback Delivered

United Aircraft Corporation handed a new batch of Su-34 fighter-bombers to the Russian Ministry of Defence under the state defence order, Rostec announced on 7 October 2026. According to the statement relayed by TASS, the aircraft completed factory ground and flight tests and flew to their operating bases. Neither UAC nor Rostec disclosed how many airframes the batch contained; Defence24 estimated about two, the typical size of a batch. It is only the second Su-34 delivery announced in 2026, after the batch of 9 July. The type is built at the Chkalov aircraft plant in Novosibirsk.
