Indonesia Navy KRI Brawijaya Delivered

Fincantieri delivered the multipurpose offshore patrol ship KRI Brawijaya (320) to the Indonesian Navy at its Muggiano shipyard near La Spezia on 2 July 2025, the first of two Thaon di Revel-class PPA hulls transferred to Indonesia under a 2024 agreement after originally being ordered by the Italian Navy. The 143-metre, 6,300-tonne design can be reconfigured between light and full combat fits and combines patrol, combat and disaster-relief roles. Her sister ship Prabu Siliwangi followed in December 2025, making Brawijaya the most capable surface combatant in the Indonesian fleet.
