Myanmar Air Force Y-8 Crash

A Myanmar Air Force Y-8 overran the runway at Lengpui Airport in India while collecting Myanmar personnel. Reuters reported that the personnel had crossed the border during fighting and that eight occupants were injured. The aircraft ran beyond the paved surface and its fuselage split. The transport had been carrying a large military party for repatriation, and Indian authorities began an investigation.
