United States Army UH-72A Lakota Damaged

A United States Army UH-72A crashed in a wooded area near Banks, Alabama, during flight training associated with Fort Novosel. The Army said both pilots sustained minor injuries and nobody on the ground was hurt. It reported that the aircraft was damaged and opened an investigation, but did not say whether the helicopter was written off or returned to service.
