French Air and Space Force H225M Delivered

Airbus Helicopters delivered the first two of a new tranche of H225M Caracal helicopters to the French Air and Space Force. The order was placed to replenish French special operations and combat search and rescue capability after Caracals were transferred to Ukraine and following heavy operational use across the Sahel. The H225M is flown by the air force for personnel recovery and special forces insertion, and by the French Army for tactical transport. Deliveries continue against an outstanding order book.
