Description
A United States Army AH-64E Apache attack helicopter assigned to the 101st Combat Aviation Brigade crashed during a training exercise at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, on June 11, 2025. One pilot was killed in the crash and another sustained injuries. The aircraft was conducting routine training operations at the time of the incident. The crash is under investigation by the Army Combat Readiness Center. The 101st CAB, part of the 101st Airborne Division, operates Apache helicopters for close air support and armed reconnaissance missions.
