Description
Spain's armament directorate DGAM signed four contracts with Airbus on 18 December 2025 for 100 helicopters, the largest helicopter acquisition by the directorate, Airbus said: 50 H145M, 31 NH90, 13 H135 and 6 H175M. Breaking Defense put the programme at an estimated EUR 4.5 billion, with deliveries due to begin in 2027. Twelve of the 31 NH90s go to the Spanish Air and Space Force.
