Description
Hezbollah fighters shot down an Israeli IAI Heron over the Beqaa Valley in northeastern Lebanon on 14 June 2026, the same day the Islamabad Memorandum ceasefire was announced. The Lebanese front ran in parallel with the Iran campaign throughout, with Hezbollah accounting for five Israeli unmanned aircraft over southern Lebanon and the Beqaa between March and June using MANPADS and surface-to-air missiles.
