Polish Air Force F-35A Delivered

The Polish Air Force received five more F-35A Lightning II Husarz fighters on 28 August 2026, when the aircraft landed at the 32nd Tactical Air Base at Łask following a delivery flight from the United States with a stopover in the Azores. The jets carry serial numbers 3512 through 3516 and join the three that arrived in May, bringing to eight the number of Polish F-35s based on home soil; eight earlier airframes remain at Ebbing Air National Guard Base, Arkansas, for crew training. Poland contracted 32 aircraft in January 2020 to replace its MiG-29 and Su-22 fleets, with deliveries running through 2029.
