Royal Moroccan Air Force AH-64E Delivered

A third batch of six AH-64E Apache Guardian attack helicopters has been delivered to the Royal Moroccan Air Force, bringing the number deployed at national bases to 18, Atalayar reported on 17 September 2026. The helicopters were flown across the Atlantic with their main rotors removed aboard US Air Force C-17 Globemaster III airlifters and are based at Khouribga Air Base, about 130 kilometres south-east of Casablanca. According to The North Africa Post, the delivery follows the tranches received in March 2025 and April 2026 under a Foreign Military Sales order for 24 airframes, with an option for 12 more.
