Description
Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport is an international airport serving Xiamen in Fujian province, China. It was opened on October 22, 1983. The airport is located on the north side of Xiamen Island and is operated by Xiamen International Airport Group Co., Ltd. It serves as the main airline hub for XiamenAir and TAECO, an aircraft maintenance provider. A new terminal (Terminal 4) was completed in 2014. The airport is primarily a public facility handling passenger and cargo traffic.
