The crew of a Romanian Air Force helicopter spotted drone fragments between the villages of Nufăru and Victoria in the Danube Delta, following a Russian attack on the Ukrainian port of Izmail. Local residents reported the drone had come down not far from a military unit in the area. Izmail and Reni sit directly across the Danube from Romania, which is why the delta accounts for a large share of every Romanian entry in this log.
