A drone arriving from Russian airspace struck a chimney of the Auvere power plant near Narva in Estonia, while a second, also from Russia, came down in Latvia. Both occurred on the day Ukrainian forces mounted a large drone attack on the Russian oil export hub of Ust-Luga on the Baltic. The machines are assessed to have been deflected or actively redirected by Russian GPS jamming — the mechanism behind most of the Ukrainian-attributed incidents in this log.

An Italian Eurofighter on NATO Baltic Air Policing duty destroyed an unidentified drone over eastern Latvia before dawn on 14 August, the second time the alliance's quick-reaction force has shot one down over the country this year.
