Withdrawn from operational service in June 2025 and formally decommissioned at Toulon in early December 2025, when the final colours ceremony was held with the ship in dry dock. She had returned to Toulon on 29 May 2025 after a last mission centred on the Corymbe deployment off West Africa and the Obangame Express 25 exercise off Senegal and Gambia. Commissioned on 17 March 1983, the aviso served 42 years. Her hull is to be emptied of fluids and stored before dismantling. The A69s are to be replaced by the Patrouilleurs Hauturiers from 2027.
