Philippine Air Force T129 Delivered

The Philippine Air Force received the final two Turkish Aerospace T129 ATAK helicopters at Sangley Point in Cavite, completing its six-aircraft acquisition. The pair joined the 15th Strike Wing and brought the service’s delivered fleet to six. The helicopters were acquired under the armed forces modernization programme for missions including territorial defence, aerial surveillance, reconnaissance, counter-insurgency and combat support. The local government report dated photographs of the newly arrived aircraft to 17 May.
