Description
A United States Navy EA-18G Growler crashed east of Mount Rainier in Washington state during a routine training flight. The Navy said search teams located the wreckage on a steep mountainside and confirmed that both crew members were killed. Recovery teams worked in difficult terrain while the service opened a safety investigation into the mishap.
