Egyptian Air Force Rafale DM/EM Delivered

Dassault Aviation delivered three further single-seat Rafale F3R fighters to the Egyptian Air Force, identified as EM12, EM13 and EM14, bringing the operational Egyptian fleet to 29 aircraft. The jets form part of a second contract signed in 2021 for 30 aircraft worth around 3.75 billion euros, with deliveries staggered through 2026. On completion Egypt will field 54 Rafale, the largest fleet of the type outside France and a central element of Egyptian air power alongside its F-16 and MiG-29M inventories.
