Islamic Republic of Iran Air Force Su-24 Destroyed

A Sukhoi Su-24 Fencer fighter-bomber was destroyed on the ground at Ahvaz International Airport in Khuzestan Province, Iran, during a US airstrike as part of Operation Epic Fury. CENTCOM released footage of the strike on March 5, showing the aircraft being hit alongside an F-5 Tiger and another fighter jet. The Su-24 was parked at the airport, which had its runway cratered by earlier strikes.
