Spanish Army NH90 (TTH) Delivered

Airbus Helicopters handed a new NH90 tactical transport helicopter to the Spanish Army at its Albacete plant on 17 June 2026, in a ceremony presided over by the Secretary of State for Defence, Infodefensa reported. It was described as the eleventh aircraft of the programme's second phase and the first to be assigned to the El Copero base in Seville. The delivery is part of the national helicopter plan, which also placed orders for 100 more Airbus helicopters across the three services in December 2025.
