Mohajer-10

The Qods Mohajer-10 is an Iranian unmanned combat aerial vehicle unveiled in August 2023 in the presence of President Ebrahim Raisi and Defence Minister Mohammad-Reza Gharaei Ashtiani. The latest member of the Mohajer family and successor to the widely exported Mohajer-6, its airframe bears a strong visual resemblance to the American MQ-9 Reaper. The drone is reportedly being developed to meet requirements from the IRGC Navy, IRGC Ground Force and the Iranian Army Ground Force.

Design

According to Iranian statements, the Mohajer-10 has an operational range of 2,000 km, a flight endurance of 24 hours, a maximum speed of 210 km/h, a ceiling of about 7,000 m, a 450-litre fuel capacity, and can carry up to 300 kg of munitions or electronic equipment, including surveillance and electronic-warfare payloads. At its unveiling it was displayed with six air-to-ground munitions: Almas missiles, Ghaem guided bombs and Arman-1 (Dastvareh) gliding bombs.

Operational History

Western analysts note that the drone's effectiveness is difficult to judge because no combat missions by the type have been independently verified, and that its performance against sophisticated countermeasures remains unproven. Iran exhibited the Mohajer-10 outside the country for the first time at Russia's ARMY 2024 forum in Moscow, widely read as an export pitch; Iran has previously supplied Mohajer-6 drones to Russia, Iraq and Syria, but no Mohajer-10 export has been confirmed as of mid-2026.
