A fourth Russian drone in four days entered Romanian airspace briefly on 27 July, returning to Ukraine before it could be intercepted. Romanian radar had picked up the target east of Sulina and two F-16s were scrambled from the 86th Air Base at Fetești. Bucharest expelled a member of the Russian embassy staff hours later.
