Moldova's Air Operations Service tracked an unidentified aerial object crossing the state border at 15:50 on 30 August 2026 near Dnestrovsk, in the Transnistrian sector, inbound from Lymanske in Ukraine's Odesa region. It flew back out at 15:59, returning to Lymanske along the same track, nine minutes after entering. The Defence Ministry did not identify the object or name an operator, saying only that the unauthorised overflight followed Russian air attacks on Ukraine that day. Moldova fields no combat aircraft and made no interception attempt; no debris or damage was reported.
