Description
Nikolayevka is an active military airbase located in Partizansky District, Primorsky Krai, Russia. Established in 1945, the installation is a Pacific Fleet facility operated by Russian Naval Aviation.
The base currently hosts the 289th Independent Composite Antisubmarine Aviation Regiment, a unit attached to the 7062nd Port-Arthur Naval Aviation Air Base.
Historically, Nikolayevka housed multiple aviation regiments. The 567th Guards Maritime Torpedo Aviation Regiment was stationed at the installation from 1945 to 1960. The 47th Fighter Aviation Regiment operated from the base between 1948 and 1949. During 1953, the facility hosted the 568th Maritime Torpedo Aviation Regiment, followed by the 36th Maritime Torpedo Aviation Regiment from 1955 to 1960. Subsequent stationed units included the 867th Guards Maritime Torpedo Aviation Regiment between 1961 and 1965, and the 77th Independent Long-Range Anti-Submarine Aviation Regiment from 1969 to 1993.
