A "small aerial target" was detected over the Black Sea roughly 150 km east of Mihail Kogălniceanu, then flew 14 km into Romanian airspace around Eforie Nord and on towards Topraisar. Spanish and Romanian fighters were sent up but made no visual contact, and radar contact was lost near Amzacea. No impact zone was found. The object was never identified, and it is logged here without attribution.
