A Russian drone entered and crashed on Romanian territory just after midnight during an attack on the Izmail area of Ukraine. Weather prevented NATO and Romanian fighters from being launched. Fragments were subsequently identified in an inhabited area, as confirmed by the Romanian foreign minister.
